1. It is closely related to your eyes.

1. If you use a higher ISO it can reduce the blurriness of the photograph since there will be a lot of movement.
2. When there is plenty of light you should always stick to the lowest ISO.
3. You should use a high aperture when theres not enough light or your trying to take a quick shot.
